As the executive director of housing programs at KHC, Wendy Smith leads statewide affordable housing efforts, including home development for first-time homebuyers, homelessness response systems, rental assistance for low-income Kentuckians, and asset management for multifamily properties. We are so excited to have our Membership Director, Meagan Sturgeon, walk us through fully utilizing the CREWBiz Network platform. She will be showing us how to fill out our profile so all 14,000 international CREW members can search and find us, as well as how to use the community engagement posts to close deals and ask for advice from other CREW members. This is one of the biggest benefits of being a member, so don’t miss out on why it’s so important!

Our Events Director, Shellie Washer, has scheduled us a fun community service opportunity at Maryhurst, a non-profit that helps children across the state of Kentucky begin to heal and live a fuller life from the neglect and abuse they’ve known. Depending on how many sign ups we have, it will change the type of work we do. However, please prepare for outside beatification of their campus.
