CREW Louisville is back to our normal monthly meeting, this time with a Develop Downtown Louisville Panel! We will be discussing the strengths and opportunities our Metro has in bringing in developers to grow our economy. Panelists include: Mariah Gratz, CEO of Weyland Ventures.
These tickets are reserved for plus 1’s of CREW Members attending 502’uesday.
Tickets can be picked up from 10am-12pm at 500 N. Hurstbourne Pkwy, Louisville, KY 40222
CREW Louisville is delighted for Derby season and our biggest event of the year! With your ticket, members receive air-conditioned indoor seats on Millionaire’s Row, with access to an outdoor balcony to view races. Lunch and dessert buffet will also be included with cash bars available in the room. Wear your pastels and your biggest hat and come celebrate the Kentucky Derby with us! Doors to Churchill Downs usually open around 11:30 with the last race of the day closer to 6 PM. This is an “at your leisure event!

CREW August Lunch
Our chapter is so excited to host Wendy Smith, as our monthly speaker guest. As the executive director of housing programs at KHC, Wendy Smith leads statewide affordable housing efforts, including home development for first-time homebuyers, homelessness response systems, rental assistance for low-income Kentuckians, and asset management for multifamily properties. Please invite your friends that could benefit from what Wendy has to share about the initiatives she’s working on!

We are so excited to host Patrick Nessenthaler, CRE professor at University of Louisville, and CEO of Ness and Associates, Capital Advisors & Consultants. He will be speaking with us about the programs his team is starting to implement and how CREW can help promote young women in our community to learn about what we do.

We can’t wait to host Alyssa Dangler, 2023 CREW Network President. Alyssa will be flying in to visit our chapter and share the benefits of CREW and how it helped her career in law excel as well as the relationships it gave her.

We are so excited to host Mark Klan, the ToxDoc! He Has 30 years of experience in remediating hazardous waste and helping buyers, sellers, and land owners understand environmental inspections along with helping walk qualifiers through the Brownfields program. We are sure to learn all kinds of things that he comes across on a daily basis and how we can better set up our clients for successful transactions.

We are so excited to end this Holiday season in celebration of the creation of CREW Louisville. We couldn’t do it without our incredible members and sponsors!
